the staff were quite warm and helpful. i had flown in from a very long flight and got a warm welcome. the breakfast was consistently good . i found the location very central and convenient.
the beds felt a bit firm to me and the pillows seemed too high. the parking fee felt expensive to me as it should be included. i experienced a stale smell entering my room each time

The gym was clean and well equipped. I used the valet parking service. It worked smoothly.
I found that the front desk staff were expressionless at check in. They looked as if dealing with guests was a bother. I also noticed only one person was actively helping guests. Another was busy with a bagging task.

EVERYTHING felt special. The staff was attentitive. The location was central. Restaurants were nearby. it reminded me of the heart of everything.
the coffee was a bit weak. I still enjoyed it though.
